The second session of the day is scheduled to begin at 5 pm. The session will include the preliminary debate for the government decree for enacting Emergency powers act and all relevant decrees for implementation, that the Government will propose in their session earlier in the day.

The Constitutional Law Committee will discuss the government decree in their meeting scheduled for 8 pm.

In addition to the representatives of government ministries, the committee will be hearing experts: Chancellor of Justice Tuomas Pöysti, Parliamentary Ombudsman Petri Jääskeläinen, and professors Mikael Hidén, Tuomas Ojanen, Janne Salminen, Kaarlo Tuori, and Veli-Pekka Viljanen.

The chair of the committee Johanna Ojala-Niemelä will answer to media in the Parliament auditorium after the meeting.
